Founder
Dan founded Advent to build a practical, dependable emergency-readiness program for workplaces that needed more than one-time training. His mission was shaped by both professional expertise and personal experience.
As a Texas State Certified EMT with more than 30 years in safety and health, Dan focused on real-world outcomes: responders prepared to act, equipment ready to use, and documentation that stands up when it matters most.
After surviving four heart attacks, Dan brought rare perspective to every client conversation. He understood the urgency behind readiness and helped organizations create programs that could protect people with confidence and consistency.
